Prior to founding Cypress Creek Investments, John Henry lead Lincoln Venture’s development site selection for multifamily and acquisitions of existing retail and office assets.

John Henry has held investment roles at numerous Texas based developers prior to starting his career with JPMorgan’s Real Estate Group where he underwrote over $2 Billion in transactions across all asset classes. John Henry has held an active real estate license for 12+ years and graduated with a finance degree from McCombs School of Business, University of Texas at Austin.

As an Austin native, John Henry has enjoyed sourcing and closing on numerous projects in downtown and Central Austin.
